Abstract
|
|
|
1. Simultaneous pregnancy in the both uteri of the uterus didelphys with double vagina on 22 year old female of 1-gravida, resulted by single sexual contact, has been experienced recently.
2. At first, D & C(artificial abortion) was performed on right uterus without thinking of simultaneous pregnancy in the both uteri. Ten days later when the patient was examined at another clinic, She was told the pregnancy was not interupted. On revisit, the pregnancy in the left uterus was found to be continued. D & C also was performed in the left uterus.
3. A week later, the septum between both vaginae was resected.
